Dehavilland
DH 82 Tiger
Moth |
|
The
de Havilland Tiger Moth was a twin-seat, dual-control biplane used
as an initial pilot trainer by the British and Canadians. As such,
it was excellent at it's job, easy to fly, agile and responsive to
the controls. Many pilots before and during WWII learned to fly on
the Tiger Moth. It first flew in 1932 and was withdrawn from
British military service in 1947.
